Pepitas are the edible seeds of pumpkins, and have been a common food staple in North America since the time of the Aztecs (~1300). Often used similarly to sunflower seeds, pepitas are very popular in Mexican cuisine or as a snack item.
AA-grade and A grade. Product can be Raw, Roasted/Salted or Roasted No-Salt.
