Hulled Millet

Society has depended on millet as a cereal grain or as animal feed for thousands of years. The category, millet, consists of a group of small-seeded grasses that are drought tolerant and produce well under harsh conditions. This crop is naturally gluten-free but is subject to cross-contamination from crop rotation.
