Coconut

Coconut has long played a vital role in the diet and economy of many tropical cultures.  Recently, U.S. demand for coconut products has rapidly expanded. Many food manufacturers are adding coconut products to established offerings because coconut is a low cost healthy ingredient that is kosher and naturally gluten free.  Our supplier is fully certified by HACCP, Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade, USDA and CIP.  We are proud to represent a Philippine coconut processor that is socially conscious and environmentally sustainable.  They are able to offer many products in LTL and full container quantities. 

Available Coconut Items

Desiccated Coconut items are available sweetened, unsweetened and/or toasted.  This desiccated product is offered in the following cuts: Course, Medium, Macaroon, Extra Fine, Flake, Chips (Regular or Thick), and Shred.  We also offer Coconut Oil, Coconut Flour, Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream, Creamed Coconut Butter, Coconut Water, and Coconut Sugar.  Almost all products can be offered as organic or fair-trade as well.

Harvest Times

Coconuts are harvested 3-4 times per year.  Factors that greatly affect the harvest are rainfall, storm activity (typhoons), and seasonal labor.
